What are the most popular planners used by college students?

Hey everyone! As a high school junior, I'm beginning to think about the time I'll be managing in college. I've always been someone who uses a planner, so I'm curious what the most popular types of planners are amongst current college students. Will the one I use now work, or should I consider switching?

While the specific choice of planner often comes down to individual preference and what works best for a student's personal organization style, there are certain planners consistently popular among college students.

One is the Passion Planner, favored for its unique approach which emphasizes mapping out short and long term goals in addition to daily tasks. It's a bit like a hybrid between a traditional planner and a self-help book, with spaces for reflecting on progress and personal growth.

The Erin Condren LifePlanner is also quite popular due to its customizable features, colorful design, and its different layout options - vertical, horizontal, and hourly. This planner offers stickers, which some students find fun and helpful for marking important dates or assignments.

Another popular option is the Panda Planner. This one emphasizes scientific strategies to improve productivity and happiness, providing spaces for daily, weekly, and monthly overviews, as well as sections for priorities, tasks, schedule, and notes.

The Bullet Journal system, or BuJo, has a strong following as well. Unlike pre-printed planners, bullet journals are typically blank notebooks that you set up and customize for your own needs. You can create a monthly layout, weekly layout, and daily to-dos. There's a lot of flexibility, and the system can adapt over time as your needs change.

I would advise checking out all these options, and perhaps watch some YouTube tutorials or reviews to see them in action. If your current planner works well for you, there's no need to change it just because you're going to college. What truly matters is that your planner should serve you and help you stay organized, whether that's a fancy commercial planner or a simple list in a notebook!
