What are the most underrated college football teams?

Hey peeps, just out of curiosity, what are some college football teams that you think are often underrated while being quite good? I'm not big on popular teams and prefer to root for the underdogs. Would love to get some names from you guys!

Ah, the love for underdogs, isn't that part of what makes college football so thrilling? Okay, a few teams that often fly under the radar, yet deliver pretty impressive performances in recent times, are:

1. Appalachian State - The Mountaineers are consistently good, often ending their season with solid records, winning their conference several times in the past few years.

2. Cincinnati - The Bearcats have been turning heads lately. Definitely a team to consider, as they've shown they can hang with the big boys.

3. Coastal Carolina - A rising team in the Sun Belt Conference. They had an undefeated regular season in 2020 which was quite a statement.

4. SMU Mustangs - They've had a revival! After a couple of rough decades, they've returned to form under the guidance of Coach Sonny Dykes.

5. Army - Not always the flashiest team, but they're disciplined and well-coached. Despite being independent and not getting as many big games, they can be a tough matchup.

Of course, college football seasons can be unpredictable and teams rise and fall. So, these are just a few that have been overlooked in the past. Make sure to research further and see which team's style (and underdog status) appeals to you the most. Have fun finding your new favorite team!
