Okay friends, trying to anticipate what college life has in store for me. I hear a lot about the major sources of stress in college. What are the most common ones that college-aged students typically face? I'd appreciate any insights you guys could provide!

Academic Pressure: This is perhaps the most prevalent source of stress. The workload in college is typically more intense than in high school, and students often face high expectations from professors. This often involves a significant amount of reading, numerous assignments, term papers, and exams that can be challenging. Balancing various assignments and deadlines can be difficult, especially if time management skills are lacking.

Financial Cost: Many students experience stress about paying for college. This includes concerns about tuition fees, accommodation, buying textbooks, and other living expenses. Additionally, there's stress from student loans and the long-term effects of graduating with debt.

Adapting to a New Environment: Getting accustomed to a new academic system, moving away from home, making new friends, and navigating a new city or campus can all be daunting. For some, the transition may cause stress and anxiety.
