Hi, I hope this doesn't come across wrong, but does anyone have information on the college that has the most students from China? I'm looking for an international-friendly college, and I believe this could be a good indicator. Any help?
In terms of sheer numbers, many large universities in the United States have significant numbers of students from China. A few examples include the University of Southern California, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and Purdue University, all of which have historically had a sizable population of Chinese students. This is due in part to the breadth and depth of their academic programs, as well as the support services they provide for international students.
However, keep in mind that a large number of Chinese students at a particular college does not automatically mean the college is more international-friendly. You'll also want to consider the resources the school has for international students, such as orientation programs, English language support, cultural programs, and assistance with immigration issues.
Ultimately, the most important factor is whether the college is a good fit for you personally. Each college has a different campus culture, academic focus, and community, so be sure to consider a wide range of factors in your college search.
