Which colleges have produced the most Hall of Fame quarterbacks?

Hey, been playing football throughout high school and I'm a huge fan of many Hall of Fame quarterbacks. So, out of curiosity, do you guys know which colleges have produced the most Hall of Fame quarterbacks? Also, any suggestions on what I should say in my application about wanting to play college football?
