Looking for info on common high school volleyball injuries?

Hey, I'm a high school junior starting the volleyball season soon. I want to prevent possible injuries so that I don't miss out on playing time. Does anyone know what the most common high school volleyball injuries are? Any suggestions for exercises or other ways to prevent these injuries would also be hugely appreciated.
