Can someone list HBCUs with ROTC programs?

So I've been thinking a lot about my path after high school, and I'm considering an ROTC program. I've always wanted the HBCU experience, so does anyone have experiences or info on HBCUs that offer ROTC? Bonus if you can tell me about the branch availability and scholarships!

Absolutely, the decision to pursue an ROTC program at an HBCU can be a fantastic pathway to serving your country while receiving a great education. A number of HBCUs offer ROTC programs affiliated with different branches of the military. For instance, Howard University has Army and Air Force ROTC, while Hampton University offers Navy ROTC. Other schools you might consider include Tuskegee University, which has both Army and Air Force ROTC, and Florida A&M University, which also hosts Army and Navy ROTC programs.

Regarding scholarships, ROTC programs can provide significant financial support—sometimes covering full tuition. These scholarships are often merit-based, so your academic record and physical fitness levels are important. Once you're in college, your performance in the ROTC program itself also contributes to continued funding. Remember, these programs involve a service commitment after graduation, so it's important to be sure about this path before committing. I suggest contacting the ROTC departments at the HBCUs you're interested in and discussing your options with them directly to get detailed information about scholarships and branch availability. Good luck!
