Which demographic group is most likely to finish high school?

I'm in this sociology class and we were discussing education and graduation rates. It got me curious - does anyone know which demographic group is statistically the most likely to finish high school?

According to data from the National Center for Education Statistics in the U.S., Asian/Pacific Islander students currently have the highest high school graduation rate. As of the most recent data available, the graduation rate for Asian/Pacific Islander students was approximately 94%, compared to 90% for White students, 83% for Hispanic students, 81% for Black students, and 74% for American Indian/Alaska Native students.

This represents a single country's data and education ecosystem. It's important to remember that these statistics can change over time due to factors like governmental educational policies, socioeconomic factors, and cultural shifts. Moreover, graduation rates can vary significantly from region to region within a country, and between urban and rural areas.

Lastly, It must be stressed that while such statistics offer broad trends, they shouldn't be relied upon to predict or determine the educational accomplishments of any one individual. Every student's circumstances, abilities, and motivations are unique, so these figures don't capture the full diversity of experiences in education.
