Does school funding impact college applications?

So, I found out my high school's football stadium is one of the top 10 most expensive in the U.S., and it got me thinking... does the amount a school spends on facilities like this impact our chances of getting into a good college?

In terms of high school facilities and their impact on college admissions, the short answer is usually no. College admissions officers do not generally consider the resources or amenities available at an applicant's high school.

That being said, what colleges might be interested in is how you take advantage of the resources available at your high school.
