The perceived difficulty of any given AP class can differ depending on a variety of factors, like a student's natural aptitudes, their preparation, and even the teaching style of their instructor. That being said, let's try to objective about it and take this challenge.

In terms of content depth and breadth, many students often rank AP Calculus BC, AP Physics C, and AP Chemistry as among the hardest AP courses due to the complex concepts and calculations they involve.

Following these, some also find AP English Literature and AP U.S. History particularly challenging, not because of conceptual difficulty but due to the sheer volume of reading and the depth of understanding required.

Further down the line, AP Biology and AP Economics can also present some challenges. AP Biology covers a broad range of biological concepts which need to be fully understood, and Economics can be tricky because it often involves a new way of thinking for many students.

Notably absent in this list might be AP Computer Science A. Learning to code is a difficult endeavor for many, but for a student who already has some coding experience, it might be relatively manageable.

Remember, however, that any class can be challenging if it's a new subject matter for you or if it doesn't cater to your strengths. What matters is your interest and determination to do well - even the toughest AP classes can be positively stimulating if you're passionate about the subject matter!
