AP Euro Exam Score Estimation

Hi friends, just took the AP Euro exam and I'm curious as to what score I might've gotten. Has anyone come across a reliable calculator to give a rough estimate?

Hello there! The score calculators that were once plentiful have become much less reliable and a bit outdated due to some changes made to the AP exam structure. These changes include reduction of multiple-choice questions and a shift in emphasis on the free-response section, making estimations less accurate.

The best way to form an estimate yourself is understanding the allocation of the points. The multiple-choice section is worth 40%, the Short Answer Questions are worth 20%, the Document-based Question is worth 25%, and the Long Essay is worth 15%.

Remember, every AP exam is curved differently, so it's difficult to determine the precise number of correct questions needed for a specific score. The score also depends on the distribution of correctly answered questions across multiple-choice, DBQ, short answer, and long essay sections.

Despite this, your best bet is to learn from your experience, and wait patiently for the score release. No calculator can replace the official College Board scoring, so take comfort in the knowledge that you did your best and use this as a learning experience for future exams!
