When Can I Expect My AP Scores to be Posted?

I've just finished taking a bunch of AP exams and I'm eagerly awaiting my scores. Can you guys tell me when they typically release the scores? Thanks in advance!

Typically, The College Board releases Advanced Placement (AP) exam scores to students in early July. The exact release date can vary slightly each year, so you should check their website or social media channels for the most accurate information for your specific year.

Remember, the release of scores is staggered across different regions over several days. This means that students in some parts of the country may receive their scores a day or two before others. On the release day, you will be able to access your scores online via your College Board account.

Your school will receive its AP score report a bit later, usually by mid-July. If there’s a discrepancy between the scores you saw online and the ones that show up on your school’s report, you should contact the College Board for support. It’s important to note that universities don't typically get your scores unless you request for them to be sent.

Best of luck with your scores and feel free to reach out if you have any other questions!
