Understanding AP Test Scores Release

Hi all, still a bit new to this. I just took my first AP test, when should I expect the scores to be released?

AP scores are typically released in early to mid-July. The specific date varies year by year, so it's a good idea to keep an eye on the College Board's website for updates. Student scores are released in waves over a few days, based on the state in which you tested. You can access your AP scores online through your College Board account, which is the same account you used to register for the exam. Remember, it's the AP courses you take and the grades you get in them that matter more. The AP exam scores can potentially earn you college credit, but they're less important in the admissions process itself.
