Advice Needed: Colleges with Stellar Civil Engineering Programs

Civil engineering is my calling, I'm sure of it. But, I'm a bit lost in the sea of colleges. Could you guys suggest colleges that are known for their Civil Engineering programs? Any help would be super awesome.
