Seeking colleges close to Richmond, VA - suggestions?

Hey everyone, I'm looking into potential colleges and want to be near Richmond, VA. I'm interested in studying environmental science, so it would be ideal if the college had strong programs in that field. I'm also hoping for a campus that isn't too large. Does anyone have any ideas or experiences with colleges near Richmond?
