Questions about the Biology program at North Carolina State University

Hey guys! I'm really interested in biology and I'm considering North Carolina State University for my undergraduate studies. Can someone tell me more about what it's like to pursue a Biology major there? How are the labs and research opportunities?

I've heard good things about NC State, but I want to make sure it's the right fit in terms of academic challenge and campus life. Do they have active clubs or societies for Biology students? I'd love more info on what the student community is like too. Thanks a bunch!
