Looking for Universities in Texas with No Application Fee

Hey! I'm starting to center my college search around Texas and heard some schools might waive application fees. Does anyone know of universities in Texas that have no application fee, or maybe offer waivers easily? I'd love to apply to a few extra schools without worrying about racking up costs!

Sure thing! Here are a few universities physically located in Texas that have no application fee:

- 1. University of St. Thomas in Houston does not have an application fee.

- 2. Howard Payne University in Brownwood also does not have an application fee.

- 3. Southwestern University in Georgetown does not require an application fee either.

Additionally, Rice University in Houston and Trinity University in San Antonio offer fee waivers, particularly for students who might be facing financial hardships or come from low-income families. You typically have to apply for such waivers demonstrating the need.

Remember, every dollar can count when applying to colleges, so taking advantage of schools with no application fees can certainly help save some money. However, keep in mind that the most important thing is to apply to schools that truly match your academic and social preferences, and not just because they're free to apply to. Good luck with your applications!
