Best websites to find scholarships? Looking for recommendations!

I've been trying to track down some scholarships to help fund my college education and it's been kind of overwhelming! There are so many websites out there that claim to help, but I don't know which ones are legit or the most useful.

Does anyone have any advice on trustworthy websites or platforms where I can find a good list of scholarships? I'm interested in both those based on merit and those considering financial need. I really want to make sure I'm not missing out on any opportunities. Thank you!

Here are a few resources you might find helpful:

1. Fastweb: This website maintains a massive database of scholarships matched to your personal profile. It's a great place to start because it allows you to access a large pool of scholarships tailored to your needs and interests.

2. Cappex: Cappex is another solid option that provides an extensive database of scholarships with varying criteria. From community service to unusual hobbies, there may be a surprising number of potential funding sources.

3. Scholarship.com: This platform is also good for finding scholarships based on both academic accomplishment and financial need. They also have a very user friendly website which makes the search process less overwhelming.

4. Chegg Scholarships: Known for its textbooks and study resources, Chegg also has a scholarship search engine that is comprehensive and easy to use.

5. CollegeBoard: Besides administering the SAT, CollegeBoard also has an online tool that lets students filter scholarships based on different criteria including major and minority status.

And, last but definitely not the least, check out the scholarship and financial aid pages of the colleges you're interested in applying to. These pages often have lists of scholarships that are specific to that particular institution. Good luck!
