Absolutely, Parents Weekend at the Naval Academy, or Plebe Parents Weekend as it's often called, is a significant event for both students and families. It's a much-awaited opportunity for families to get a firsthand look at the transformative first year their student has experienced at the academy.

The weekend typically takes place at the end of August or the beginning of September, after the plebes (first-year students) have completed their rigorous Plebe Summer. This is the first occasion in which the plebes have the opportunity to see their family and friends since the start of their journey at the academy.

The event starts with a formal Plebe Formal Parade, which showcases the military skills your plebe has learned. This gives parents and families a glimpse into the discipline and honor involved in attending such an academy.
