How challenging are the Naval Academy academics?

I'm considering applying to the Naval Academy and was wondering about the academic workload. How rigorous are the courses, and how well do they prepare you for a career in the Navy?

The United States Naval Academy (USNA) is known for its rigorous academic curriculum, which combines technical, hands-on education with strong foundational knowledge.
