Do military jobs for construction management students exist?

I'm interested in pursuing a degree in construction management. Are there specific roles within the military that would align with my interests and skills in construction management?

Yes, there definitely are roles within the military that align with a degree in construction management.

For instance, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is the world's largest public engineering, design, and construction management agency. They hire a variety of STEM professionals, including construction managers.

The Navy also has the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), which provides the United States Navy with facilities, expeditionary products, and services. They hire construction management professionals for various roles.

Similarly, the U.S. Air Force's Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) provides responsive, flexible full-spectrum installation engineering services, including construction management.

Marines have a role called the Combat Engineer Officer which is responsible for supervising construction projects. This role might also interest you.

The Coast Guard doesn’t have a specific construction management role, but they have a Civil Engineering program which may involve aspects of construction management.

Remember that in the military, while you might be doing construction management, there will be other duties and responsibilities too. It's also important to note that for most of these roles, you'd probably need to go through Officer Candidate School or a similar program to become an officer, as these roles aren't usually available to enlisted personnel. Keep in mind also that each branch of military has its own unique lifestyle, culture, and job opportunities, so it's important to consider these factors before making a decision.

Whether you would enjoy a military construction management career would depend on if you're interested in serving your country, and are willing to adapt to a military lifestyle, in addition to your interest in construction management. If those align, you could find a very fulfilling career in military construction management.
