What are some of the toughest jobs in the military?

I'm really interested in the military and I've heard there are some incredibly tough roles out there. Could anyone share what some of the most challenging jobs in the military are and what makes them so tough?

1. Pararescue (Air Force): This role is often considered one of the most demanding in the U.S. military. Pararescuemen are responsible for rescuing and medically treating downed military personnel all over the world. These specialists undergo a grueling training process, which includes difficult physical conditioning and advanced medical training.

2. Navy SEALs: Known for their legendary toughness, Navy SEALs undergo one of the most strenuous training programs in the U.S. military, which includes the notoriously challenging Hell Week. They are expected to conduct operations in any environment and have an extremely important role in various types of missions, including special reconnaissance, counter-terrorism, and direct-action warfare.

3. Army Rangers: Rangers are a rapid-deployment infantry unit with specialized skills. They are required to undergo tough physical training and learn to operate in different types of terrain and weather conditions, during both day and night.
