What are the minimums for the Naval Academy Candidate Fitness Assessment?

I'm trying to figure out what the minimum requirements are for the Naval Academy Candidate Fitness Assessment. Is there a list of the minimum standards for each part of the test that I can reference?

The U.S. Naval Academy Candidate Fitness Assessment (CFA) consists of six different events. They are intended to gauge physical endurance, strength, and agility. Here are the six events and their minimum standards:

1. Basketball Throw: This event, thrown from a kneeling position, measures upper body strength and endurance. The minimum is 19 feet for males and 15 feet for females.

2. Pull-ups/Flexed Arm Hang: Males have to complete at least 4 pull-ups while females must complete a 12-second flexed arm hang. This event measures upper body strength and endurance.

3. Shuttle Run: This event, consisting of short sprints back and forth, measures agility. The minimum is 11.1 seconds for males and 11.9 seconds for females.

4. Modified Sit-ups: These are timed sit-ups and measure abdominal strength and endurance. The minimum is 65 in two minutes for males and 65 in two minutes for females.

5. Push-ups: This event measures your upper body strength and endurance. The minimum standard is 45 in two minutes for males and 20 in two minutes for females.

6. One-mile run: This event measures cardio-respiratory endurance. The minimum time is 10 minutes, 30 seconds for males, and 12 minutes, 40 seconds for females.

These are just the minimum scores to pass the CFA. Achieving merely the minimum scores in each event would not likely result in a passing CFA score overall. You should aim for maximum or above-average scores in each event to strengthen your application. It's highly recommendable to train and aim for the best possible performance in each category. You're not just checking a box here, your results factor into your overall evaluation as a competitive candidate.
