What Are Naval Academy Summer Classes Like?

I'm really interested in attending the Naval Academy and heard they offer summer classes. Can anyone share their experience or what to expect from these courses? Are they as intense as regular school year classes?

The Naval Academy's summer program, also known as the Summer Seminar, provides a unique opportunity to experience life at the U.S. Naval Academy.
