The program is designed to very closely mirror the physical and mental demands of Navy SEAL training, so be ready for a seriously intense experience.

Over the course of the weekend, you'd participate in a number of grueling physical activities under the guidance and supervision of experienced instructors, likely including current and former Navy SEALs. Activities might include long-distance ocean swims in cold water, calisthenics, grueling obstacle courses, carrying heavy logs, and running in sand, among others. Conditioning workouts often start before the sun rises and can go late into the night.
