What you need to get into the Naval Academy

I'm trying to figure out what it takes to get into the Naval Academy. Does anyone have a list of the main requirements or any tips on the application process? I'd love some insights on making my application stand out.

Fitness Assessment: Another requirement is the Candidate Fitness Assessment (CFA). This includes a basketball throw, pull-ups or the flexed-arm hang for women, a shuttle run, sit-ups, push-ups, and a one-mile run.
