Scholarships at the Merchant Marine Academy?

I'm considering the Merchant Marine Academy and am wondering what scholarship options are available. Are there any specific scholarships for incoming students, or any advice on how to find financial aid here?

The United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) is one of five U.S. federal service academies, and like the others, it offers a fully funded education. This includes full tuition, room, and board, as well as books, uniforms, and other necessary materials. In return, however, students at the USMMA, upon graduation, commit to serving in the reserves of any of the armed forces for 8 years, 5 of which can be as an inactive reservist, together with either 5 years of maritime employment or 5 years of active duty on any branch of U.S. armed forces.

Therefore, the academy itself does not generally offer scholarships since its education is already fully funded.
