Living in Sproul Cove at UCLA

Hey fellow Bruins! I've been admitted to UCLA and I'm thinking about choosing Sproul Cove as my housing option. I'd appreciate any insights from people who have lived there or know about the community - how's the atmosphere and facilities? Thanks in advance!

Hey, congratulations on your acceptance to UCLA! Sproul Cove is certainly a popular choice among students. It is known for its convenient location, as it’s close to campus, Bruin Plate (one of the best dining halls), and the Wooden Center.

The residence halls in the Sproul community are also very social and lively. You’ll definitely have opportunities to make friends and be involved in activities organized by the Residential Assistants. The rooms in Sproul Cove are suite-style, which can be nice for privacy, but keep in mind that they’re on the smaller side. You'll typically find a shared bathroom between two rooms and a common area for each floor. Some of the facilities you'll have access to include a study lounge, laundry room, and a recreation room.

Overall, if you're looking for an active social atmosphere and a convenient location, Sproul Cove could be a great fit. Remember to thoroughly research all housing options at UCLA to make the best decision for your preferences. Best of luck!
