What colleges are eligible for Zell Miller Scholarship?

I'm looking to understand which colleges are eligible for the Zell Miller Scholarship. Are there specific requirements for the schools, or do they all accept it? Any advice on how this works would be great as I research my options.

The Zell Miller Scholarship is a merit-based award available to Georgia residents who have demonstrated academic achievement. Eligible institutions for this scholarship are within Georgia and include public colleges, universities, and technical colleges, as well as some eligible private institutions.

For public schools in Georgia, the Zell Miller Scholarship covers full tuition at the in-state, public rate. These include all University System of Georgia and Technical College System of Georgia schools.

The list of eligible private institutions is more limited. However, the scholarship does support students going to certain private colleges and universities in Georgia, but the award amount might not cover full tuition as it is a fixed amount each year. Some of these include Emory University, Morehouse College, Spelman College, and Mercer University.

Keep in mind that to maintain the Zell Miller Scholarship, students must meet certain academic progress standards that differ slightly from institution to institution but essentially involve maintaining a certain GPA and making satisfactory progress towards a degree.
