Top Colleges Known for Academic Scholarships

Does anyone have recommendations for colleges that are particularly generous with academic scholarships? I'm hoping to target schools that are known for rewarding academic excellence.

Sure, there are a number of colleges recognized for being generous with academic scholarships. Let's start with Vanderbilt University; it offers several merit scholarships such as the Ingram Scholarship for students who have demonstrated leadership in service, and the Cornelius Vanderbilt Scholarship for high-achieving students. Both of these scholarships offer full tuition, plus a summer stipend for study abroad, research, or service projects.
