Any resources for college scholarships for minorities?

I'm a minority student and I'm interested in finding scholarships for college that support students like me. Can anyone suggest comprehensive lists or organizations that focus on minority scholarships?

Certainly, there are many different scholarships for minority students, and a multitude of platforms where you could find them. Here are a few general scholarships that might be helpful:

1. The United Negro College Fund (UNCF): They offer 10,000 scholarships each year to African American students for a variety of fields.

2. The Hispanic Scholarship Fund: An organization providing scholarships for Hispanic students to pursue all levels of higher education.

3. The American Indian Graduate Center: A center dedicated to providing scholarships for American Indian students.

4. The Asian and Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund: They offer a range of scholarships for APIA students.

5. The Gates Millennium Scholars Program: Funded by a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, this scholarship offers minority students financial aid for education at any college or university.

Remember to also look for scholarships that are specific to your major, your location, your career goals, and your individual situation. Many universities themselves offer diversity-specific scholarships as well.

In addition to these, Appily is a platform where students can search for scholarships based on their individual profiles and include filters for race/ethnicity.

Regardless of the scholarship, make sure to start your application process early, pay close attention to deadlines and keep your information organized. Good luck with your scholarship search!
