How's CU Boulder's engineering program ranked?

I've heard CU Boulder has a good engineering program. Does anyone know their current engineering ranking or have insights about their engineering college? Trying to figure out if it's worth applying to!

CU Boulder's College of Engineering and Applied Science has consistently been recognized as a strong program. In fact, in the 2024 U.S. News & World report, CU Boulder's undergraduate engineering program was ranked 23rd among U.S. engineering schools.

Key strengths of the engineering program at CU Boulder include its Aerospace Engineering Sciences and Environmental Engineering programs, which are particularly highly ranked. Additionally, the college is known for its progressive research, focus on sustainability, and cooperative education program, which offers students hands-on work experience in their fields of interest. Many graduates of the program have also reported excellent job placement rates.

Yet, remember a school's ranking shouldn't be the only factor in your choice. Consider the campus culture, location, cost, and other factors that would affect your college experience in addition to the program's prestige. Furthermore, an individual department within the school (like a specific branch of engineering) might have unique opportunities or strengths that overall rankings do not always capture.
