Are there any online universities with no application fees?

I'm considering online universities to save costs and complete my degree with flexibility. I've heard some might not have application fees. Does anyone know of any accredited online universities that offer this?

Sure, there are quite a few accredited online universities that offer free applications. Here are some you might consider:

1. University of the People: This is a tuition-free, accredited online university that offers associate’s, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees in areas like business administration, computer science, and health science.

2. Western Governors University (WGU): WGU is a private, nonprofit online university that offers bachelor's and master's degree programs in business, K-12 teacher education, information technology, and health professions, including nursing. Although it sometimes does require an application fee, WGU frequently runs promotions that waive this fee.

3. Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU): Accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education, SNHU offers a variety of programs online in fields like business, education, liberal arts, social sciences, and STEM. They have no application fee for their online programs.

4. American Public University (APU): APU is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and it offers associates, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees in a wide range of fields. There is no application fee for their online programs too.

Just be careful to do thorough research into any institution you're considering. Look at the program offerings, academic support, flexibility of schedule, cost of tuition and fees, the school's accreditation status, transfer of credits, and the experiences of other students before making your decision. This will help you identify not only which schools are fee-free, but also which schools are a good fit for your learning style, career objectives, and personal circumstances. Good luck with your search!
