What careers offer on-the-job training straight out of high school?

I'm interested in finding out about careers that provide on-the-job training for high school graduates. If anyone knows of specific fields or companies where I can start working and gain skills without further education, please share!

1. Trade Careers: Many trades offer apprenticeship programs, where you can start working and learning directly under a skilled professional. Often, these programs will lead to a professional certification. Examples include electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and HVAC technicians.

2. Emergency Services: Jobs such as police officer, firefighter, or EMT often come with extensive on-the-job training programs. These roles provide valuable public service while allowing you to learn practical skills on the job.

3. Automation and Manufacturing: Many manufacturing companies offer OJT programs for positions such as machine operators or technicians. As the industry becomes even more technical, there is an increasing need for skilled workers.

4. Healthcare Services: While most healthcare roles require advanced degrees, there are exceptions. For instance, positions like medical assistants, phlebotomists, or certified nursing assistants often provide practical training on the job.
