2. "Why are you interested in this job?" Here, link your interests, skills, or potential career goals to the job you're applying for. This shows that you've thought about why this job is a good fit for you.

3. "What is your greatest strength?" Share something you excel at that is applicable to the job. If you're applying to a retail position and you're great with people, mention that.
