Best Undergraduate Programs for Public Health?

I'm considering studying public health in college, but I'm not sure which schools have the best programs. Does anyone have recommendations for top public health colleges that are good for undergrads?

There are several schools renowned for their undergraduate Public Health programs. Here are a few you might consider:

1. Johns Hopkins University (JHU): JHU boasts one of the top public health programs in the country at their Bloomberg School of Public Health. They offer a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health Studies that equips students with a broad understanding of public health.

2. University of California, Berkeley (UC Berkeley): UC Berkeley's public health program is highly-ranked and offers a Bachelor's degree in public health with opportunities to study a wide range of topics including infectious diseases, environmental health science, health and social behavior, biostatistics, and health policy and management.

3. University of Michigan (UMich): UMich's School of Public Health offers a Bachelor's of Public Health degree with two concentrations: Community and Global Public Health and General Public Health.

4. University of Washington (UW): UW's School of Public Health offers an undergraduate major in Public Health-Global Health. The unique feature of this program is that it is quite interdisciplinary.

5. Emory University: Emory offers a Bachelor's in Public Health through its Rollins School of Public Health, with the opportunity to focus on areas like behavioral sciences, health policy, epidemiology, and environmental health.

6. Boston University (BU): BU School of Public Health (BUSPH) offers a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health and a minor in public health as well. The major was recently launched in 2018.

All of these schools offer a robust undergraduate public health education, and they're all different in terms of campus culture and location, so consider those factors as well when making your decision. Good luck with your college search!
