Sure, there are a number of highly-regarded universities in the DMV area that offer a range of programs and extracurricular activities to suit different interests!

In Washington D.C., there's Georgetown University which is known for its strong programs in political science and international relations, and among others, the University of Maryland - College Park which is well-known for its strong computer science and engineering programs. You also have American University and George Washington University, which have strong programs in political science, international studies, and journalism.

In Virginia, you have the University of Virginia, with its strong law and business programs. Virginia Tech is renowned for its engineering programs, and James Madison University is a popular choice due to its strong programs in the humanities.
