Anyone have insights on St. Ambrose College for undergrads?

I'm curious about St. Ambrose College for my undergrad studies. What's the campus culture like, and are there any strong academic programs? Any current or recent students who can share their experiences?

St. Ambrose University is a private, Catholic institution located in Davenport, Iowa. The campus culture is often described as welcoming, inclusive, and community-focused. Being a smaller university, many students appreciate the small class sizes, personalized attention from faculty, and overall sense of camaraderie among peers. There is also an affinity for service on campus, with many opportunities to participate in community service and initiatives supported by the school's mission.

In terms of academic strength, one of the highly-regarded programs at St. Ambrose is their College of Business. They offer degrees in fields such as Accounting, Finance, International Business, and Sales. Their Nursing program is also well-recognized and offers unique opportunities for clinical experience and research. St. Ambrose also has a reputable program in Speech-Language Pathology, offering both undergraduate and graduate degrees in this area.

Student life is active with a variety of clubs and extracurricular activities. It's also worth noting that St. Ambrose has a strong athletic spirit, being a part of the NAIA and with many students participating in or supporting the various sports teams.

Of course, each student's experience varies, so I would definitely encourage you to visit the campus if possible or connect with current students or alumni to get a more personal perspective on life at St. Ambrose. Remember to take your own interests and preferences into account too when considering if the environment and programs are a good fit for you.
