Does anyone know about NSU in Florida?

I'm looking into schools in Florida and came across NSU. Does anyone know what their strong points are or what the student experience is like there? I'm trying to gather as much info as I can!

Nova Southeastern University, or NSU, is a private university located in Davie, Florida. It's well-established with a diverse range of programs.

One strength of NSU is its health professions division. They have strong programs in Health Sciences, Nursing, Physical Therapy, Physician Assistant, and Osteopathic Medicine. If you're interested in the health field, NSU is worth considering.

NSU also has a strong focus on research. The university currently has a number of nationally recognized research centers and institutes focusing on areas like cancer, conflict resolution, oceanographic sciences, and more.

For the student experience, from what I've heard, NSU offers a welcoming and inclusive environment. The student demographic is very diverse, and there are a lot of student-led organizations and clubs to join. They also have a residential campus with housing options, which can facilitate a more traditional college experience if that's what you're looking for.

In terms of location, NSU is situated in a suburban setting but it's close to Fort Lauderdale, so there's no lack of things to do or places to explore.

Remember to look deeper into the specifics that matter most to you - your intended major, scholarships, campus life, etc. Contact the admissions office or see if there are virtual tours or informational sessions you can join to get a better feel of the school.

Hope this helps!
