Which college offers the best business internships?

Internships are super important to me as I look for business programs. Can someone recommend colleges known for having awesome business internship opportunities that could really help with career readiness?

It's fantastic that you're prioritizing real-world experience in your college search. For business programs with strong connections to internships, there are several schools that stand out.

1. University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business: WHARTON's location in Philadelphia gives students access to a wide range of businesses and industries, but it's the relationships the school has cultivated with top-tier companies, globally and locally, that truly makes it a fantastic choice.

2. New York University's Stern School of Business: Given its prime location in New York City, NYU Stern students often have high-profile internships during the academic year in addition to the summer, given the plethora of businesses and corporations headquartered in the city.

3. University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business: UC Berkeley has a robust business program with a wealth of internship opportunities in Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area, which can be particularly interesting if you're leaning towards entrepreneurship or tech.

4. University of Michigan's Ross School of Business: UMich's Ross Business runs a unique program called "MAP" (Multidisciplinary Action Projects) where students spend a full semester working closely with a company to solve real-world business problems.

5. Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management: MIT's Sloan offers the "Sloan Innovation Period" halfway through each semester where students partake in intensive workshops, simulations, and team-based projects, often with sponsors from the industry.

Do note that success in obtaining internships depends a lot on your individual efforts and profile as well, so no matter what college you attend, make sure to take advantage of your career services office and start your search process early. Good luck!
