When are Miami University of Ohio's application deadlines?

I'm trying to plan my college application timeline and I'm interested in Miami University of Ohio. Does anyone know what their main application deadlines are? Any differences for early decision or regular decision?

Miami University in Ohio uses a rolling admissions process, but they do have an Early Decision deadline and a Priority Application deadline that you may want to keep in mind.

For the Early Decision plan, the deadline is November 1. This option is binding, meaning if you're accepted you have committed to attend. This can be a great option if you're certain Miami University is your top choice.

On the other hand, Miami University's Priority Application deadline is December 1. If you apply by this date, you will get priority consideration for admission and merit scholarships. It's not a binding decision like Early Decision, so it provides you with more flexibility.

After the priority deadline, the university accepts applications on a rolling basis until the class is full. This typically means that they will continue to accept applications until late spring or early summer.

Remember, each of these deadlines requires a completed application, meaning all pieces of the application (transcripts, test scores, letters of recommendation, etc.) must be submitted by the deadline. It's always best practice to submit your application sooner rather than later, so you don't run into issues like website glitches or missing documents close to the deadline. Good luck with your application!
