What are Seasonal State Park Jobs Like?

I'm considering working a seasonal job at a state park next summer. Has anyone done that before? I'm curious about the types of roles available and if they offer any cool perks, like being outdoors a lot.

Visitor center staff tend to have a more indoor-focused role, engaging with visitors, answering queries, and providing information about the park's attractions, trails, wildlife, safety precautions, etc. If you're into educating others about nature or environmental conservation, an environmental educator role could be a great fit. These individuals usually conduct workshops or activities for park visitors, often focused on the park's unique ecosystems, plant life or animal species.
