There are several college prep high schools known for their strong fine arts programs, and it's a fantastic idea to explore these educational environments if art is your main interest. I'll mention a few here, though it's important you do more research and visit the schools if possible to see which one may be a great fit for you.

Interlochen Arts Academy in Michigan is well-regarded for its commitment to the arts. They offer various art majors including creative writing, dance, film & new media, interdisciplinary arts, music, theater, and visual arts. This school also has an incredible college counselor-to-student ratio, ensuring that each student gets the guidance they need.

New York's LaGuardia High School is also famous for its strong arts program. This school was the inspiration for the "Fame" series and is known for extremely high levels of talent and a culturally rich environment.

The Orange County School of the Arts in California is another good one, particularly for students interested in visual and media arts.

In Maryland, the Baltimore School for the Arts has a very strong fine arts program and has produced successful actors, visual artists, and musicians. Similarly, the Las Vegas Academy of the Arts in Nevada offers a comprehensive arts program, from visual to performing arts.

Lastly, the Chicago Academy for the Arts in Illinois has an impressive list of alumni and boasts a comprehensive arts curriculum.

Remember that it's crucial to not only look at the school's arts program but also how the school can support you in reaching your higher education goals, such as college guidance, AP classes, or strong test prep. You'll want to attend a school that will nurture your artistic skills as well as prepare you for college academically. Good luck in your search!
