Popular courses at universities?

As I think about what to study in college, I'm curious about which courses are most popular at universities. Do the most popular courses usually have a lot of competition for spots, and do they typically align with high-demand careers?

There's quite a bit of variation in popular courses across different universities, as each school has its academic strengths and specialties. That being said, some universally popular fields of study are Business Administration, Psychology, and Biology, as these large disciplines offer a multitude of career paths post-graduation.
