Searching for my first high school job—advice needed!

I'm a junior in high school trying to land my first ever job. I'm not sure where to start or what kinds of positions are good for high schoolers. How did you guys find your first jobs?

1. Local Business: Look out for opportunities in local businesses such as cafes or bookshops or retail. Many small businesses appreciate young helpers who are digitally savvy.

3. Seasonal Work: During the holidays, seasonal jobs such as gift wrapping or working in a Christmas tree lot may be available. Besides making some extra cash, you'll also have the chance to engage with your community.
