Which universities in the US resemble Hogwarts?

I'm a huge Harry Potter fan and love the idea of studying at a university that feels like Hogwarts. Which US schools have that magical, castle-like architecture and overall vibe? Any recommendations would be great!

There are several universities within the United States that are recognized for their Hogwarts-like atmosphere, primarily due to their Gothic architectural styles, scholarly atmospheres, and history.

The University of Chicago, for instance, is well-known for its Hogwarts-like aesthetic. It's a campus full of Gothic architecture and large stone buildings with ornate, castle-like features. Another school that might peak your interest would be Yale University, which is composed of residential colleges (much like the houses in Harry Potter), and features medieval-inspired elements in its architecture.

Princeton University also comes to mind with its stone buildings, archways, and spires, while Duke University has the impressive Gothic-style Duke Chapel that contributes to its Hogwarts vibe.

Finally, Georgetown University may not have the exact same architectural style, but it does have a historic, magical feel due to its cobblestone paths and 18th-century buildings.

As a friendly reminder, while the aesthetic and ambiance of a school are important, you should also make sure the schools fit your academic and social preferences! But it's certainly fun to have that magical feeling when strolling across campus.
