What is the most growing university in the USA?

I've heard some universities are growing impressively in terms of campus, student body, and academic programs. Which universities are expanding the most? Being part of a dynamic and evolving school environment might be cool.

Though it's tough to identify just one university with the most growth, a few stand out due to recent expansion efforts in campus infrastructure, student body, and academic programs.

For example, Arizona State University is one to consider. It has grown in terms of physical infrastructure, with new buildings for the engineering program, state-of-the-art residential housing and amenities, and its student body, which now numbers over 140,000 enrolled undergraduates in 2024, making it one of the largest universities in the U.S.

Grand Canyon University, another Arizona-based institution, has grown significantly in recent years. Originally a small, financially struggling college, it became a for-profit institution in 2004, and since then its student enrollment has skyrocketed to over 118,000 students, on par with Arizona State University.

The University of Southern California has been steadily expanding its facilities and programs. With new buildings for business and film schools and the acquisition of a local hospital, the university is continuing to grow and broaden its scope.

The University of Central Florida has also been on a notable growth trajectory both in terms of its physical campus and student population. It's now one of the largest schools by enrollment in the U.S., with over 69,000 students as of 2024.

That being said, it's important to consider that growth can mean different things. If you're interested in becoming part of an expanding school, you might also want to look at the schools' strategic plans, which may indicate their projected growth in certain academic areas.
