There are several universities that stand out for their strong programs in kinesiology and exercise science, and many of them offer fantastic opportunities for internships and hands-on learning.

First, the University of Michigan's School of Kinesiology is highly regarded and offers a variety of specialized tracks including athletic training, health and fitness, and movement science. The school has strong connections to the sports industry, which can provide some excellent internship opportunities.

The University of Texas at Austin also has an outstanding Kinesiology and Health Education department that offers both a Kinesiology and Sports Management degree. UT Austin also offers a variety of internship opportunities in diverse settings, like clinics, sports teams, and health and wellness organizations.

Pennsylvania State University offers a major in Kinesiology with options in movement science and athletic training. The university's ties with local and national sports organizations present excellent opportunities for internships and practical experience.

Lastly, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is also well-known for its Kinesiology and Community Health Department, with programs in kinesiology, health education, and community health.

Please do some investigation on these universities, visit their program websites, and try to get a sense of which program might be the best match for your interests and career goals.
