Best college to attend for engineering in NJ?

I'm from New Jersey and am interested in staying close to home for college. Can anyone recommend the best engineering programs in NJ? I'm curious about campus life and opportunities too.

Rutgers is a larger university compared to Stevens, which could be a pro or con depending on your preferences.
