With an SAT score of 1200-1300, you still have a good selection of strong computer science programs that could be accessible to you. Here are a few examples:

1. Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) - RIT is known for its Co-Op Program, where you can gain professional work experience while studying. This can be a key advantage when it comes to finding employment after graduation.

2. San Jose State University - Due to its proximity to Silicon Valley, many graduates go on to work in some of the biggest tech companies in the world.

3. University of Houston (UH) - UH's computer science program is ranked among the top in the country and has strong connections to Houston's growing tech sector.

4. Kansas State University - Kansas State's computer science program has a strong record of job placement.

5. SUNY Albany - SUNY Albany boasts an impressive faculty and the opportunity to engage in research projects.

Now, admission to these colleges will not solely be based on your SAT scores. Other factors include your transcript, letters of recommendation, essays, and extracurricular activities, so be sure to continue working hard in these areas too.

Always check the middle 50% SAT score range of each school to see how your score stacks up to previously admitted students. Also, remember to apply to a balance of reach, match, and safety schools to give yourself a range of options. Good luck!
